Café du Cycliste are delighted to announce a new partnership with Cervélo who will provide rental bikes in our Nice concept store and café for 2020. In a year in which Nice will become the center of the cycling world, the new rental fleet available for riders will consist of both the Cervélo R5 Disc Ultegra Di2 road bike and the Cervélo Áspero Force eTAP AXS gravel bike.
For Café du Cycliste co-founder and Creative Director, Remi Clermont, the choice of partner was quite straight forward.
I am delighted to see Café du Cycliste partner up with a bike manufacturer so unique. Cervélo is young, disruptive and driven by such passion that they quickly ended-up producing the very best performing bikes you can find. We are proud to offer this premium cycling experience to all of our customers in Nice.
The R5 is a beautifully balanced road bike, ideal for experiencing the celebrated roads of the Alpes Maritimes which inspire Café du Cycliste clothing and that will feature heavily in this year's Tour de France. The Áspero is built to explore, perfect to discover the rougher routes in our cycling paradise such as those featured in our Riviera Gravel series.
Technical perfection and eye pleasing aesthetic is of course something Café du Cycliste can relate to. We like their product as much as their people, so I have no doubt we are on the same journey, on the road with the R5 and of course on gravel with the new Áspero.
Cervélo is enthusiastic about the partnership with Café du Cycliste. We were fortunate to experience their group rides and hospitality firsthand. Having our bikes now available for their riders is a perfect compliment. Both brands built on quality and performance with rider experience at the core.
The new bikes will be available to rent from January 2020 and can be booked online at cafeducycliste.com or by visiting the cafe itself at 16 Quai des Docks 06300 Nice.
A selection of exceptional Cervélo bikes are also available to rent from Café du Cycliste's Mallorca store, via our partner on the island Bike Camp.
