CAFÉ DU CYCLISTE SPRING/SUMMER ’26 COLLECTION LAUNCHES 6 MARCH

SS26 is launching. It feels like summer.

As the northern hemisphere heads into spring, on the Côte d’Azur it already feels like summer. Café du Cycliste’s SS26 collection, launching on 6 March, brings new technology, new styles and a focus on sustainability across our road, gravel and activewear collections. With a core collection available from 6 March and limited-edition capsules and collaborations dropping throughout the season, highlights will include…

The changing of the guard

For SS26 we’ve completely rethought and rebuilt two of our landmark products, Fleurette (the gold-standard lightweight jersey) and Mathilde (Audax long-distance bib shorts). They’ll be replaced by Laurette and Frieda respectively, with updated materials, cut and features to boost both comfort and performance. Other new styles include: transition piece Andrea, a lightweight, long-sleeve jersey; Mireille, a midweight merino-blend short-sleeve jersey; and Gladys, an evolution of our distinctive shirt-style gravel top.

Cosmic capsules (13 March)

For SS26 we’re drawing design inspiration from the universe and our forever endeavour to be out under the infinite sky. Across Audax, Outlands, Race and Classic we’re channelling the wonders of the cosmos, and within the theme there are four distinct capsules: Supersonic; Sunloop; Eclipse Chasers; and Stars Tripping. After the Cosmic launch on 13 March, a series of activations begins with Equinox rides from our stores in Nice, Paris, Mallorca and Munich, culminating with a store ride in Mallorca in August, to view the total solar eclipse.

Col patches (24 March)

This spring/summer we’re reintroducing our much loved col patches. Riders presenting proof in-store that they’ve ridden one of our local climbs (Èze and Madone near Nice, Mont Ventoux near Bédoin, Sa Calobra near Palma, Mallorca, Ludwigshöhe near Munich and Rue Lepic in Paris) will receive a free woven patch commemorating the achievement. Patches can also be bought online.

The Café Factory Team (27 March)

Café Factory Team is our band of brothers and sisters who ride our local roads and trails harder than anyone, and represent the brand at races across Europe. This season, the coveted Café Factory kit (jersey, bibs, speed suits, aero socks, bidon) is now available to purchase.

Cold Dye returns (3 April)

Returning for SS26, our hit Cold Dye collection expands. Cold Dye uses mainly natural dyes to create finishes with subtle variations. It’s sustainable style: no two pieces come out alike, and the fade only gets better with time. This season, Cold Dye is available on our Laurette (lightweight) and Angeline (ultralight)  jerseys, Marinette and Graziella bib shorts, and Gladys Outlands shirt in Mineral Pink, Dark Sea, Ultra Violet, Anthracite and Jadeite.

About Café du Cycliste

Anchored on the Côte d’Azur, Café du Cycliste is a French label dedicated to sharing a passion for cycling and the outdoors, and one of the first clothing companies to recognise the gravel revolution and make specific gravel apparel. Our technical and lifestyle products are predominantly made in Europe, using recycled and sustainable materials wherever possible, and we achieved B Corp certification in 2024. Each piece is designed to go further, move faster and explore more. What began back in 2009 as a simple idea to do things differently has become a community of like-minded people who share the same values, beliefs and a desire to be #foreveroutsiders.
