COME OUT TO PLAY: Café du Cycliste launches a “Play” capsule collection

Café du Cycliste’s SS25 Play edit, launched on the 22 of April, reworks some of our most popular and tried-and-tested summer products in a spirit of light-hearted fun and togetherness.

Taking their cues from playing cards, word games and other amusements, the exclusive designs add a little je ne sais quoi without compromising on the performance-oriented features and advanced (and often recycled) technical fabrics Café du Cycliste is known for. It’s serious kit that will put a smile on your face.

The Play edit comprises:

• Three new styles of men’s and women’s Fleurette, our benchmark warm-weather jersey, themed around ‘Connect the Dots’ and ‘Find the Sad Daisy’

• A men’s and a women’s ultra-light Angeline jersey, with word-search and playing-card designs respectively

• A word-gamed themed Barbara, our relaxed backcountry gravel jersey for men

• A ‘Find the Sad Daisy’ Claudine, the innovative unisex  gravel jersey styled like a summer shirt

Cycling can be many things to people – racing, utility, challenge, endurance and more. At Café du Cycliste, we have never forgotten that feeling of riding a bicycle as a kid: a bicycle is play in itself. That idea is encapsulated in our Forever Outsiders spirit, and, with the Play edit, on the jerseys themselves for all to see.
